nexora.coach is the platform-specific site where fitness and nutrition coaches can learn about and apply to the Nexora Founding Coach Program. It is one of the products developed and maintained by Nexora Health, Inc.

Nexora is an AI-powered coaching platform built exclusively for online fitness and nutrition coaches. It helps coaches manage their clients, deliver training and nutrition programs, monitor client engagement, and prevent cancellations through behavioral intelligence.

The platform offers two service tiers:

• Nexora Pulse — Coaches and clients use the Nexora-branded app to manage programs, check-ins, and engagement.
• Branded App — A white-label version of the platform built under the coach's own brand, delivered as a custom mobile application.

Pricing is not publicly listed. It is determined individually based on each coach's profile, the number of clients they manage, and which tier they choose. Pricing details are communicated during the onboarding process.

Access to Nexora is by application only, through the Founding Coach Program available at nexora.coach.

The process works as follows:

1. The coach submits an application form on this website with their professional information.
2. A Nexora account manager reviews the application and schedules a personalized demo call to present the platform and understand the coach's needs.
3. After the demo, a custom pricing proposal is shared based on the coach's profile.
4. Upon agreement, onboarding begins with a dedicated account manager.

There is no self-service sign-up or automatic subscription at this stage. Every coach is onboarded personally.

Once a coach agrees to proceed, onboarding is managed by a Nexora account manager. The typical onboarding timeline is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly the coach provides the necessary content.

Content required from the coach includes, but is not limited to:

• Training programs, workout videos, and exercise libraries
• Nutrition plans and dietary guidelines
• Check-in templates and client communication scripts
• Branding assets (for Branded App tier)

The onboarding timeline begins when the coach starts uploading content. Delays caused by incomplete or late content submission are the coach's responsibility and do not extend any billing period.

Nexora does not offer a free trial. However, all prospective coaches are entitled to a free demo call before committing to the service. The demo provides a full walkthrough of the platform's features and capabilities.

Coaches are encouraged to ask all questions during the demo before agreeing to a paid plan.

Coaches may stop using the Nexora platform at any time by notifying their account manager at hello@nexorahealth.ai.

Refunds: Nexora does not offer refunds for amounts already paid. All payments are final. If a coach cancels mid-cycle, they retain access to the platform until the end of the current paid period, after which access is terminated.

Content and data: Upon cancellation, the coach may request an export of their client data and program content within 30 days. After that period, data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

As part of the Nexora service, coaches upload and manage data about their clients (athletes, students). This data — including names, contact details, health metrics, workout logs, and engagement history — is processed and stored on Nexora's servers hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure.

By using the Nexora platform, coaches confirm that:

• They have obtained appropriate consent from their clients to share and process their data with third-party platforms.
• They are responsible for their clients' data under applicable privacy laws in their jurisdiction.
• Nexora acts as a data processor on behalf of the coach (the data controller) with respect to client data.

Nexora will not use client data for any purpose other than providing the coaching platform services to the coach. For details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

The Nexora platform may only be used for lawful fitness and nutrition coaching purposes. Coaches agree not to:

• Use the platform to provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical advice
• Upload content that is false, misleading, or violates any applicable law
• Share platform access credentials with unauthorised third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Nexora platform

All content, design, code, and technology on nexora.coach and the Nexora platform is the exclusive property of Nexora Health, Inc. Coaches retain ownership of the content they upload (programs, videos, nutrition plans). By uploading content, coaches grant Nexora a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora Health, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. Nexora's total liability to any coach for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by that coach in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

Nexora reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active coaches of material changes via email.
